No wonder we are called “ a human race”
We can’t enjoy the ride,
we only care about winning.
We have technologies to take us deep in space,
But how deep can we really go within?
Now it looks like we have time to take a break.
Slow down and reconsider ugly choices that we make.
We are isolated now & it doesn’t feel right.
But if we can’t go outside,
Maybe it’s time to go inside
Who am I to tell you how to live your life?
And I agree. I can’t.
It’s just my dream.
To be a part of the world where instead of surviving people thrive.
Just a gleam of hope,
But I believe.
Now it looks like we have time to reset.
Our collective & infected mindset.
We’re disconnected now
But I know we’ll reunite.
and if we can’t go outside,
Maybe it’s time to go..
Inside. Inside.
Is where we all have that light,
That can feel, that can heal,
That can guide us through the night
We can fix our world
If we will fix ourselves.
Cause we are our planet’s teeny tiny but mighty cells.
We’re all in this together
and this is our best time to unite.
And if we change inside ,
Soon we will have a new outside.
